Job summary

Cumberland Heights is seeking a Systems Administrator to own the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure across two dozen locations. You will move beyond ticket-driven work to proactively identify risks and raise the technical bar across the organization.

You will administer Windows Server environments and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID), manage endpoints with Intune/SCCM, and ensure HIPAA-compliant operations with strong security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• 4+ years in a systems administration or infrastructure engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
