The IT Administrator will manage internal systems, cloud infrastructure, user access, and IT operations to support healthcare SaaS solutions; ensuring uptime, security, and smooth day-to-day operations for teams and clients in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in IT administration, system administration, or helpdesk roles.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows OS and networks (DNS, DHCP).
• Experience configuring cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and documenting changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal IT systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system uptime, performance, and security; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain access control and onboarding/offboarding processes for users.
