Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking an experienced Director of IT to align technology with business strategy across clinics and corporate operations. You will lead strategy, security, and infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, ensuring compliant, scalable systems.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technology leadership, healthcare compliance experience, and a track record of building cross-functional teams that deliver reliable IT services in rural and community clinics.

Qualifications

Progressive technology leadership experience in IT, security, or platform engineering.
Experience with healthcare-grade compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI) and modern SaaS administration.
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Set and manage the annual technology budget across IT and security.
Translate complex IT strategy for executives using clear, data-driven messaging.
Own vendor and partner relationships including EHR deployment and maintenance.
Oversee enterprise infrastructure, security, and compliance programs.
Drive clinic and corporate IT operations and performance metrics.
