Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. You will ensure core IT platforms are reliable, well-operated, and scalable as the organization grows, operating independently, leading projects end-to-end, and driving improvements that strengthen clinical operations and IT systems.

Qualifications include 2+ years IT/sysadmin experience, a bachelor’s in CS/engineering, and IAM/network/security expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT / Helpdesk / system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering or technical discipline) or degree not required; we encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the full lifecycle of core IT systems across corporate and clinic environments.
• Lifecycle management of hardware and software.
• Endpoint and server management, configuration, and support.
• Cloud platform and SaaS administration, including licensing and access governance.
• IAM administration and support across systems.
• Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
