Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners in Woodbury, MN seeks an on-site Temporary Technical Support Specialist for a 4-month assignment. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a IT support role
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Proficient with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Active Directory
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Use ticketing system to receive, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests
• Collaborate with Application Specialists to resolve core application issues
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT resources to support end users
• Assist with new software/hardware implementations and testing
• Work with users at all levels to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes
