North American Mental Health Services is seeking an IT Member to support and maintain IT systems in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring secure handling of information.

The position involves working with EHR software, minor network tasks, and user training, with a day shift for a temporary 3-4 month assignment in Redding, CA.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT degree preferred.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or EHR software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users (staff and clients).
• Set up, configure, and maintain computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including EHR systems.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of network equipment to ensure connectivity.
• Promote and enforce IT security policies to safeguard healthcare information.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and resolutions.
• Manage IT inventory, tracking equipment and disposal of assets.
• Provide basic training to users on IT systems and best practices.
