Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or 12 months of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and TCP/IP networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; web authoring experience preferred.
• IT certifications are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and prioritize user requests related to hardware, software, networking, and computer systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Log and track service requests in the problem management system.
• Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for service and support.
• Assist with maintaining IT equipment inventory and asset management.
• Install, configure, and perform minor repairs on computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide rotating weekend and after-hours on-call support as needed.
