Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hospital staff, responding to help desk requests promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices within the hospital network.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
• Maintain hospital network security by assisting with updates, patches, antivirus protection, and access controls.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and hospital IT security policies when handling PHI.
