Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and IT hardware.
• Support hospital networks, ensure connectivity, security, and performance.
• Provide end-user support, including external remote users.
• Maintain documentation and training materials for IT systems.
• Assist with new technology deployments and project work.
• Ensure data backups and system updates to prevent data loss.
