Job summary
State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, based in Johnson City, TN, seeks an IT support professional to manage accounts and provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries promptly and perform diagnostics, installation, and repairs to keep systems running smoothly.
Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with a preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field desired.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Windows 10/XP operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a physician office setting is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Account management.
- Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Compile information and prepare reports.
