Job summary

HealthLinc is seeking a Support Team Specialist in Elkhart, IN to provide help desk support, troubleshoot issues, and assist the I.T. team. You will work closely with the I.T.

Manager and assist with deploying systems at various locations, while maintaining confidentiality of patient and financial data. Candidates should have 1–2 years of helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including after-hours when required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of helpdesk, service desk, call center, or NOC experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and resolves issues including OS, applications, laptops, desktops, printers, networking and phones.
• Communicates and supports I.T. team regarding Help Tickets.
• Prepares and deploys systems at various locations.
• Performs user creation/deletion/maintenance within systems.
• Documents fixes for knowledge base as discovered.
