Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an experienced System Support Manager to lead IT end-user support across a large, dispersed user base in the Bala Cynwyd area. You will supervise desktop support analysts, coordinate training, and implement process improvements to raise service quality.

The role is full-time and on-site at 401 E. City Avenue with potential hybrid arrangements in the future. A focus on incident response, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large end-user IT support for ~1,000 users.
• Proven ability to lead a desktop support team.
• Experience in developing support policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support for about 1,000 end users.
• Ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction with IT support.
• Lead desktop support analysts and IT specialists.
• Coordinate deployment of technology to staff.
• Identify IT risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Streamline flow of support requests.
• Partner with leadership to identify system improvements.
• Assess issue severity and prioritize responses.
• Analyze patterns for root causes and improvements.
• Develop support policies, procedures, forms and checklists.
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and recorded end-user training.
• Evaluate processes for value, efficiency and cost savings.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports.
