Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a leader in healthcare IT operations in Las Vegas. You will support IT across multiple hospital locations, ensuring uptime for networks and medical devices and leading incident responses to minimize clinical disruption.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support or systems administration, an associate degree in CIS or equivalent, and willingness to travel; on-site with on-call coverage and collaboration with clinical teams.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily IT operations in multiple hospital locations.
• Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices.
• Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations.
• Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system.
• Manage onboarding processes for new staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align IT services.
• Support a 24/7 operational environment with on-call participation.
