Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is hiring an IT&S Technician to provide frontline support for hospital employees, physicians, and affiliated practices. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with onboarding, and manage access using Active Directory, Okta, and Azure while documenting requests in ServiceNow.

You will deliver remote and onsite support, assist with workstation moves and upgrades, and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule after training,

• Basic computing hardware, software, and troubleshooting principles.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and user accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide patient, professional technical assistance.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
• On-call rotation after training.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level technical support to hospital employees, physicians, and affiliated physician practices.
• Coordinate new employee IT onboarding, including user accounts and system access.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access privileges using Active Directory, Okta, and Azure.
• Troubleshoot basic issues involving Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Receive, document, track, and resolve IT service requests through ServiceNow.
• Assist users with access to hospital applications like Oracle and MEDHOST.
• Provide remote and onsite technical assistance and escalate complex issues.
• Support workstation setups, relocations, and minor hardware repairs.
• Provide basic guidance and training on hospital systems and technology.
• Collaborate with IT team to minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
• Assist with technology upgrades and system implementations.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule post-training.
