Job summary

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT&S team in Elko, NV. You will provide frontline technical support for employees and physicians, help with onboarding, and manage access to hospital systems across Windows, AD, Azure, and Okta.

This full-time role includes after-hours on-call rotation following training, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High-level description of IT support responsibilities from the ad.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to hospital employees and physicians.
• Coordinate onboarding, create user accounts, set system access.
• Manage user accounts and password resets (Active Directory, Okta, Azure).
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Process IT service requests via ServiceNow with accurate ticketing.
• Assist with access to hospital applications like Oracle and MEDHOST.
• Provide remote and onsite support; escalate complex issues.
• Support workstation setups, relocations, and minor hardware repairs.
• Offer basic guidance and training on hospital systems.
