Epiphany Dermatology in Austin, TX seeks an IT Specialist to lead IT areas and deliver frontline support across nationwide clinics. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to keep systems reliable, secure, and scalable, while traveling 25–50% to support multi-site operations.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to solve complex IT challenges within a healthcare environment. Residency near target cities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple sites and remote users.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in one or more IT areas across clinics.
• Coordinate IT project updates with stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and report IT progress.
• Manage risks and issues in IT projects.
• Analyze patterns and opportunities for IT improvements.
• Build relationships with leadership, operations, providers, and clinics.
• Provide Service Desk support and queue management.
• Escalate issues per IT procedures.
• Gather hardware requirements and procurement per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Focus areas include IT integrations during M&A, Telephony/VOIP, Networking, IAM, Cybersecurity.
