Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the face of IT across Austin-area sites. This role blends hands-on support, light systems work, and relationship-building to keep healthcare and professional environments running smoothly through proactive, high-quality service.

The position offers a chance to work onsite across multiple local locations, with a mix of hands-on IT support, device imaging, and project-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate independently in a client-facing, onsite environment.
• Strong professionalism and communication with non-technical users.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare or dental IT environments is a strong plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for end users across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot workstations, login/MFA issues, printers, and basic connectivity.
• Image, deploy, and configure devices and user environments.
• Handle user provisioning, access management, and M365/AD tasks.
• Manage and resolve tickets with clear documentation and communication.

Compensation
