Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our healthcare IT solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, analyze healthcare datasets, and lead deployment and integration. The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science or related field, 4+ years of healthcare IT experience, and proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
• Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python for data analysis and support.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable healthcare IT solutions.
• Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform design.
• Lead and support implementation and integration of IT solutions.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
• Deliver ongoing technical support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Act as primary client contact for inquiries and escalations.
