Care Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our Integrated Solutions team. The role involves understanding client operations, designing future state, and managing integrations between Care Logistics software and client systems to enable efficient, patient-centered workflows.

The ideal candidate will have HL7 messaging experience, healthcare IT familiarity, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Travel 30-70% and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Solutions Engineer or related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking across sources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Translate clinical processes into system requirements for tech teams.
• Analyze EMR, scheduling systems data to identify functionality and integration needs.
• Lead integration interviews and project meetings with internal and external teams.
• Develop interface test plans and validate integration processing.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation optimization.
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
• Advise on future product and workflow improvements.
