Job summary

Career Soft Solutions Inc. seeks a motivated Technical Solutions Engineer to oversee implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of healthcare IT solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and tailor solutions to client needs while ensuring successful deployment and adoption of technologies. You will work with healthcare data standards, HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA, translating requirements into scalable technical designs and providing user training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
• Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python for data analysis and system support.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions related to healthcare data analytics.
• Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies informing design and performance improvements.
• Lead and support the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
• Partner with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and customize solutions aligned with their goals and workflows.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to end-users for effective adoption of technology solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot client issues in a timely manner.
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize value delivery.
