Job summary

Care Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Healthcare Solutions Engineer to join our Integrated Solutions team. The role focuses on transforming operations and implementing technology across healthcare clients, bridging operations and IT to deliver measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate will understand EMR systems, HL7 messaging, and hospital workflows, and will contribute to product knowledge, business process design, and client success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent.
3–5 years of Solutions Engineer or related experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs to technical specs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lead discussions and present findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Understand clinical processes and map them to system requirements.
Analyze data from EMR and scheduling systems to identify enhancements.
Design future state processes aligned with client needs and Care Logistics capabilities.
Develop and execute interface test plans and support go-live activities.
