Job summary
Winslow Indian Health Care Center seeks an experienced PC Technician to install, configure, and maintain PCs and clinical software in a ambulatory care setting. You will provide end-user support, perform password resets in Active Directory and EMR/EHR, and document resolutions in the Helpdesk system.
The role requires an Associate’s Degree or CompTIA A+ certification with at least 1 year of IT experience, preferably in healthcare; Navajo language skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or CompTIA A+ Certification required.
- Minimum of one year of IT experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs and clinical/non-clinical software.
- Provide password resets and user ID issues within Active Directory and EMR/EHR.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions via Helpdesk system.
- Support 24/7 IT availability and contribute to weekend/holiday coverage.
- Assist in evaluating end-user needs and recommend equipment/configs.
