VPL is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide healthcare logistics software deployments from kickoff to go-live, coordinating Sales, Account Management, Finance, Product, and customers.

You will manage timelines, scope, risks, and vendor relations, transforming requirements into tailored configurations and ensuring a high-quality rollout.

A proven track record in web-based software implementations and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience managing customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience with API, Webhook, or FHIR integrations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from kickoff to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer, Sales, Account Management, and Vendors.
• Scope requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Document progress in PM software and maintain project artifacts.
• Foster trust and continuous improvement throughout deployments.
