Job summary

Core Sound Imaging is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own and guide customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks while coordinating across Technical Services, Configuration, Support, Training, and Sales teams.

The role requires strong communication, proactive risk management, and the ability to drive momentum across multiple client projects in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing implementation/project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning, risk management, dependency tracking and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Drive momentum by following up on customer and internal actions and holding stakeholders accountable.
• Identify risks/dependencies early and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Technical Services, Configuration, Support, Training, Sales.
