Job summary

Greater Family Health, a multi-site federally qualified health center in the Chicagoland area, seeks an IT Help Desk Analyst to resolve technical issues and document resolutions in a ticketing system. You will support end-user machines, servers, and network equipment, and participate in on-going IT projects while communicating with internal customers and vendors.

You will be on-call for weekends and after-hours per schedule, and you must maintain privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical IT helpdesk experience for 30+ users.
• Experience imaging Windows machines and supporting Windows OS.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and basic printer/scanner support.
• Experience with WordPress or simple website editing preferred.
• Certifications welcomed (MCP, A+, Network+).

Responsibilities

• Resolve internal IT tickets, document resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support end-user machines, servers and network equipment.
• On-call weekends and after-hours support as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and vendors.
• Participate in IT projects and ensure compliance with privacy/security.
