Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient Help Desk customer service
• Answer, log, track, and evaluate technical issues and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone whenever possible
• Utilize remote control tools to diagnose and resolve problems
• Route/escalate tickets to the appropriate individual or support queue
• Follow up with customers through issue resolution
• Maintain Help Desk manuals, contact information, policies, and procedures
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Help Desk team
• Contribute to process improvement while following established procedures
