The ProAssure Enablement Specialist, Advanced Operations at Stryker delivers advanced technical services and enablement for enterprise customers. Formación

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/BA/IT or 6+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare IT experience supporting IT infrastructure & teams in healthcare
• Experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training
• Knowledge of clinical integrations with third-party systems and experience managing a database-driven system
• Travel up to 50% within the US with potential for international travel
• US Citizenship required

Responsabilidades

• Partner with ProAssure Services leadership to drive operational planning, service strategy, resource alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement across ProAssure Services and cross-functional teams
• Enable ProAssure to support new solutions by defining requirements, developing deployment approaches, establishing support processes
• Conduct discovery and develop scalable service capabilities by evaluating deployments and workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance serviceability, scalability, and operational efficiency across ProAssure solutions
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customer stakeholders and advocate best practices
• Mentor ProAssure members and internal stakeholders on technical capabilities
• Provide account coverage to ensure uninterrupted customer service
