Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of network services experience in healthcare settings.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Experience working with customer IT/operational/clinical teams in healthcare.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the US.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for ProAssure software and hardware solutions.
- Perform structured troubleshooting to identify root causes and escalation paths.
- Conduct device and site assessments including network settings and configuration.
- Lead remediation activities and initiate RMA when needed.
- Collect and package diagnostic data to support troubleshooting and R&D.
- Execute regression and validation testing after updates or changes.
- Collaborate with customer IT/clinical teams to build knowledge and guidance.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, R&D and other groups to document findings.
