Stryker seeks an ProAssure Enablement Specialist, Advanced Operations to drive operational readiness for new services and capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable support processes and deployment approaches.

The role focuses on improving serviceability, scalability, and customer readiness while mentoring teammates and ensuring continuous service improvement. Will travel up to 50% within the US and possibly international travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of additional relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare IT (HIT) experience supporting IT infrastructure & teams within a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training
• Knowledge of clinical integrations with third party systems and applications and experience managing a database-driven system
• Travel up to 50% within the US with potential for international travel
• Must be a US Citizen

Aufgaben

• Partner with ProAssure Services leadership to drive operational planning and continuous improvement of service delivery
• Lead strategic projects across ProAssure Services and cross-functional teams to enhance processes, tools, and deployment models
• Enable new solutions by assessing requirements, defining support needs, developing deployment approaches, and validating readiness
• Develop scalable service capabilities by evaluating deployments, gathering workflow insights, and translating needs into best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve serviceability and efficiency across ProAssure-supported solutions
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customer stakeholders to maximize value and support readiness
• Mentor and guide ProAssure members and stakeholders, sharing expertise and best practices
• Provide account coverage to ensure uninterrupted customer service
