Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare IT experience supporting IT infrastructure in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training.
• Experience with clinical integrations with third-party systems and applications; database-driven systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services leadership to drive operational planning, service strategy, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects across ProAssure Services and cross-functional teams.
• Enable ProAssure to support new solutions by defining requirements and deployment approaches.
• Develop scalable service capabilities by evaluating deployments and gathering support requirements.
• Translate product and customer needs into best practices, deployment strategies, and operational processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to ProAssure members and stakeholders.
