Job summary

Networking Technologies + Support (NTS) is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead a cross-functional program spanning clinical and IT workstreams. You will coordinate milestones, engage nursing leadership, and ensure go-live readiness for Epic and related clinical devices.

The role requires 7+ years in IT project management, with healthcare deployment experience, strong governance navigation, and collaboration with vendors to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience, 4+ years in healthcare.
• Experience running multi-workstream, multi-vendor programs in healthcare or large enterprises.
• Direct experience managing clinical communications technology programs.
• Experience managing large-scale clinical device deployments in patient care environments.
• Track record managing stakeholder relationships across IT, nursing leadership, clinical informatics, compliance, and executive leadership.
• Experience navigating healthcare governance: change advisory boards, technical review boards, InfoSec reviews, HIPAA touchpoints.
• Knowledge of clinical communications infrastructure-middleware, nurse call, VoIP, and unified communications.
• Understanding Epic workflows and how alerts interact with clinical devices.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across all workstreams, tracking milestones and changes.
• Facilitate Executive Steering Committee prep, facilitation, decisions, and updates.
• Execute the full communication plan including weekly IT leadership and bi-weekly clinical readiness recaps.
• Run end-to-end change control: intake, impact assessment, approvals, and communication.
• Lead bi-weekly IT and Clinical Readiness meetings with nursing leadership.
• Engage nursing leaders on deployment readiness, staffing, device allocations, training, and go-live logistics.
• Coordinate with clinical informatics and Epic teams for workflow validation and go-live readiness.
• Navigate InfoSec, Compliance, and HIPAA compliance reviews and policies.
• Lead weekly coordination with Zebra Technologies, Connexall, and Epic resources.
• Hold vendors accountable to deliverables, track commitments, and escalate slippage.
