Job summary

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center seeks an experienced IT project leader to drive enterprise Epic deployment from planning through post-go-live stabilization. You will coordinate clinical and financial workflows, manage on-site change activities, and ensure timely, compliant go-live readiness across all hospital sites.

Qualifications include 7+ years in IT project management, healthcare transformation experience, and preference for PMP or Epic certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a clinical field.
• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MSN) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of IT project management experience, including at least one completed ground-up, initial enterprise EMR/Epic deployment from inception through post-go-live stabilization.
• Environment: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospital or health system software replacements.
• Certifications: PMP preferred; Epic Certifications/Proficiencies are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Master Implementation Plan: author, maintain, and enforce the master project schedule across clinical, financial, and ancillary modules.
• On-Site Command & Collaboration: establish a physical project management footprint for daily stand-ups and rapid issue resolution.
• Capital Budget Management: monitor enterprise deployment budget, variance tracking, scope creep, and vendor milestone payments.
• Lead on-site workflow validation sessions with physicians and leaders to build Epic-validated future-state workflows.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of new clinical and operational standards through change management.
• Oversee training programs across facilities for role-based super-user and end-user readiness.

Education
