Job summary

Orange Blossom Family Health is seeking an IT Applications Support Analyst to support clinical and operational applications, including EHR integrations, patch management, and IT asset inventory. The role ensures compliance with HIPAA and organizational security policies while delivering end-user support.

You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain documentation, and assist with application implementations and upgrades in a fully onsite environment in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in application support, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Healthcare IT, EHR, inventory management, patch coordination, and access management experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+, Microsoft MCP, or related healthcare IT certifications.
• HIPAA privacy and security knowledge and cybersecurity governance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support application integrations and patch management across systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing, and asset records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including access changes and equipment provisioning.
• Coordinate HIPAA/privacy/security and cybersecurity awareness training and ongoing compliance.
• Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and change records; assist audits and security assessments.
