Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties seeks an Applications Systems Analyst in Anaheim, CA for a full-time role. The position focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting core organization applications, translating operational needs into technical solutions, and maintaining clinical and business systems.

You will educate and support staff, promote project enhancements, and contribute to service quality in a fast-paced healthcare environment with regular system

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; four additional years of directly relevant experience or equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in developing and delivering business computer applications.
• Experience implementing, upgrading, and configuring systems.
• Three or more years’ experience in healthcare, ambulatory care setting is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of business processes and process redesign.
• Strong knowledge of EMR & Practice Management systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Responsabilidades

• Assist departments in defining requirements for proposed business applications; review, analyze and evaluate business applications and user needs; translate business objectives into application requirements.
• Design, development and implementation of business software applications.
• Coordinate implementation of the system software, including data conversion to new systems; work with application support personnel to resolve system problems.
• Provide and/or ensure follow-up on trouble calls and tickets; communicate with customers and vendors to resolve concerns.
• Conduct business analysis; evaluate processes; determine needs; identify requirements; develop business plan analysis.
