Job summary

Orange Blossom Family Health in Orlando, FL is seeking an IT Officer to maintain and secure the organization's technology environment, covering end-user support, systems administration, network management, cybersecurity, and project support across all locations.

Reporting to the CIO, you will ensure regulatory compliance, reliability, and availability of clinical and business systems, including EHR, M365, Azure AD, and network infrastructure. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in technical support, systems admin, or healthcare IT.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Experience in FQHC or ambulatory healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II end-user tech support for desktops, devices, printers, and AV equipment.
• Administer Windows workstations, 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, file services, and endpoint management.
• Maintain network and security posture, including cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and HCNs for system availability and deployments.
