Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Industry-specific training required.
• 4–10 years of experience as application support analyst.
• Industry certifications may be substituted by experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, support, and maintain software applications as assigned.
• Work with hospital staff to optimize functionality of the hospital application.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, databases, and services.
• Ensure application security and HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor capacity and performance to maintain continuity of operations.
