Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across clinics and admin locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access, and security controls per policy.
• Support EHR and healthcare applications with vendors as needed.
• Assist with data reporting, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and phishing awareness.
