The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ITIL-aligned support. Licensed or certified clinical credentials and IT certification within six months are encouraged.

Competenze

• Associates degree in clinical field or 3+ years clinical experience preferred.
• IT experience preferred; IT certification to be pursued within 6 months.
• EPIC certification requirements to be completed within 6 months.
