Job summary

Sanford Health in Remote, ND is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to provide routine healthcare information system and application support, analyze incidents, and help train users. You will work with IT and business teams, manage incidents and service requests, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required; ITIL knowledge is helpful. Experience with eClinical Works and one year in application support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Area of focus in IT, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred.
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware or interface preferred.
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire and within three attempts.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine healthcare information system and application support.
• Investigates, resolves incidents and service requests with analytical approach.
• Assists in training documentation and leads training sessions when needed.
• Creates and analyzes reports using multiple reporting tools.
