Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies to support clinical practice.
• Use data to support clinical decision-making and identify desired outcomes.
• Research, analyze and make recommendations for application workflow improvements and create reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
• Provide Tier Two/high level customer service and promote team approach.
• Demonstrate ITIL concepts in daily work.
• Adapt to changing assignments and maintain up-to-date knowledge in area of specialty.
