LHH US in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team serving healthcare providers across a designated territory. This 100% onsite role emphasizes relationship building, prospecting, and exceeding revenue targets.

You will develop new business through outbound outreach, manage a sales territory, deliver product presentations, document opportunities in a CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or B2B sales experience.
• Interest or prior experience in healthcare/medical field.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, and virtual meetings.
• Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory while achieving revenue targets.
• Build relationships with physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Deliver product presentations and virtual demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Document customer interactions and opportunities within a CRM system.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
