Shield HealthCare is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for on-site work in Elmhurst, IL and other listed locations. The role involves outbound calls to new and existing customers, understanding needs, and driving sales growth for health care products and services.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, product updates, and achieving sales targets in a hands-on telesales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound call center or related sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Knowledge of home health business including referral sources preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
