Job summary

Health Plans Inc. is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and turnkey system integrations for self-insured plans.

You will collaborate across internal teams and external vendors, gather requirements, develop implementation plans, and serve as the primary client contact throughout the process, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction. Strong communication, project management, and healthcare/ERISA knowledge are essential; experience with CRM and MS Office

Qualifications

Three plus years of experience within the healthcare or insurance industry.
Implementation or project management experience within healthcare.
Strong understanding of self-insurance concepts and regulatory plan compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and gather requirements for self-insurance plans.
Develop a comprehensive implementation plan with milestones and ownership.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective communication.
Prepare documentation, guides, workflows, and training materials for clients.
Provide weekly status updates and manage risks to maximize client satisfaction.
Transition completed to Client Services within 60 days of implementation.
