Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare onboarding or implementation experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports, invoicing).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to account management.
