Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead the end-to-end deployment of Clinical Solutions products across healthcare organizations. You will coordinate EHR integrations, manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, and ensure successful adoption and alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires strong project management, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to engage clinical, IT, and operational teams. Some travel is expected up to 25%.

Competenze

• Background in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in software implementation, project management, customer success, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or health IT.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during implementation and manage multiple projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across clinical leadership, IT, and project teams.
• Provide SME on product functionality, workflows, and best practices.
