Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist within the Customer Success team to deliver successful product implementations across Clinical Solutions, including technical integrations and adoption activities. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate internal and customer timelines, and communicate milestones and risks to stakeholders.

Travel up to 20% of the time with on-site or virtual support as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with direct patient care or hospital/health system experience
• 5+ years of implementation, EHR integration, or related consulting experience
• Led complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects from initiation through go-live
• Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier's Clinical Solutions products for customer accounts, from kickoff through go-live and adoption
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple concurrent implementations
• Serve as SME for product functionality, access methods and workflows, and troubleshoot issues
• Provide virtual and on-site training and consultative support to maximize adoption and value
• Champion customer satisfaction through responsive, transparent communication
