Qualifications

• Health information systems or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management tools preferred.
• Proficient with planning tools such as Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple functional groups in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation perspective, effectively communicating project status until completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success.
• Interface Product and Support to address customer issues and training requirements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery.
