Job summary

HealthChannels is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation of services after the sales close. You will bridge Business Development, execution teams, and clients, leading kickoff, scope, contracts, resources, and delivery.

You will coordinate client onboarding, manage change orders, allocate staff, monitor milestones and budgets, and communicate proactively to stakeholders across all time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management or professional services delivery, healthcare preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with scope, contracts, and change orders management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation from kickoff to delivery and sign-off.
• Lead client onboarding and maintain ongoing relationship management.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation throughout projects.
• Draft and approve changes, updates, and contract adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality delivery.
