Job summary

PatientPoint, Inc. seeks an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, coordinating with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.

You will manage cross-functional deployments across multiple sites, supervise installation teams, and serve as the primary point of contact to drive customer success and on-time go-lives in healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale deployments across cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare facility rollout experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients for a seamless transition from sale to service.
• Provide strategic program oversight including construction readiness and go-live planning.
• Manage ERP/system logistics and project plans to ensure accurate tracking.
• Supervise technicians and field teams for high-quality on-site installations.
• Act as SME for network infrastructure and hardware/software configurations.
