Job summary

HealthChannels is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation after the sales close. You will bridge Business Development, execution teams, and clients, leading kickoff, scope, contracts, resources, and delivery to completion.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM or professional services in healthcare, with PMP/CAPM/Scrum preferred and strong client-facing communication. Travel may be required across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, client implementation, or professional services delivery, healthcare preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation after sales close; lead kickoff and establish goals.
• Manage scope, contracts, change orders, and regular client updates.
• Allocate resources and oversee onboarding, credentialing, and training.
• Direct all phases of the implementation lifecycle, monitor milestones and budgets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
